Hi! I’m Monica Tahiliani, mom to two Montessori girls and an AMI-trained guide.

My Montessori journey began in high school, when I visited a classroom in India and was instantly captivated. Years later, as a mother, that early impression took on deeper meaning. The Montessori approach—hands-on, respectful, and purposeful—was exactly the kind of nurturing I wanted for my children.

Over eight years, my daughters thrived in Montessori environments, each supported in their own unique way. As parents, we grew too—learning to slow down, trust, and connect more deeply. That transformation inspired me to leave a two-decade Tech career and follow my heart into Early Childhood Education.

I believe every child has something special to offer the world. With the right environment and encouragement, they can unfold their full potential. It’s my joy and honor to guide them through these formative, self-constructing years—and to witness them blossom into their happiest, most authentic selves.
